New Main Street Designs ("we", "us") builds and runs websites for local businesses. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it. In short: we collect very little, we don't sell it, and we don't use ad tracking.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you email us or fill out our free mockup form, we get what you include: your name, email, business name, type, city, phone number, website or social links, notes, and things like your logo, photos and change requests. Form requests are stored securely with our host, Cloudflare.
- Client details. If you become a client, we keep your business contact details and the content for your website. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic visit data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data like IP address, browser type and pages visited to deliver and protect the site. We may use Cloudflare's cookie-free web analytics to count visits.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't use tools like the Meta Pixel or Google Analytics. That's why there's no cookie banner.
How we use it
- To reply to you and make your free mockup.
- To build, host and update your website, and to bill for our plans.
- To keep this site secure and working.
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for anyone else's marketing.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the business: our email provider (Google Workspace), our website host (Cloudflare), our payment processor, and Google Fonts, which delivers the fonts on this page. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep emails and client records for as long as we work together, and afterward only as long as we need them for taxes, records or legal reasons. Ask us anytime to delete what we have about you.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@newmainstreetdesigns.com. We'll reply within 30 days.
Kids
This site is for business owners. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
